I did a reverse search for the # and the name of the firm is Lone Star Legal Services. It is not coming up accredited on the BBB site. There is no accurate address on white pages just a PO Box. But it looks like there are several of these firms in Texas.

The information I found on whitepages and the BBB site was with the phone # provided [protected] and the business name that came up with that number. So as far as I can see there is no valid proof that this business is truely legit.
Plus you are way too defensive and selfish. This post is not supposed to be about you. If the author wants help she will contact you. End of story.
I am not a lawyer. I did not go to school to be a lawyer. You can say anything you want but you have no proof. I can prove who I am, I'm not trying to run a fake business.
Exactly. But do you think they will want to contact you after all this confrontation. Who wants to deal with a half ### lawyer who spends all their time on complaintsboard.com bickering.
McHell1267 I agree people do sometimes expect too much epescially from fast food. The McDonalds I live near is wonderful and I always have my orders right. The only bad experience I've had there was in the drive thru. I was ready to order, there was only one car in front of me. I could hear the person on the speaker say what can I get for you and the person ahead of me goes hold on and sits there for like 10 minutes observing the menu. The person on the speaker kept saying are you ready to order. I finally started beeping my horn at them and yelled hurry the ### up. The car in front didn't even end up placing an order and just drove off. Thanks for wasting my time [censored]. So in my experience it wasn't even McDonalds, it was the ### at the drive thru, I hope I ruined their day.
I bought a 6 pack of Smirnoffs at Wal-Mart for $6.00! Only a dollar a beverage. Before it was $6.47, but they lowered the price to $6.00. I stocked up on them for the beach. That Wal-Mart may have ruined your experience, but another Wal-Mart may be a great experience. The girl is probably not allowed to check the receipt so just asked someone if they could review it quickly. They might not have been blaming you for stealing though.
The last time I bought and could fit into something at A&F was when I was 18, then I went to college. A&E, the Gap, and Old Navy are my preferences. I am not a fan of A&F or Hollister for their prices and the quality of the small amount of clothing you buy.
I wish I could but I'd rather stick it to him.
I can be as mean as I want it's a free country.
Are you really going to contact the office? Let us know what happened once you make the call.
The author of this post is probably saying wtf reading all this. But they never wrote back, so I guess we will have to wait to see if this is resolved in anyway if they ever do.
What is kinda like a manager, you either are or not lol.
I don't think the author can afford a lawyer right now, she even said they are unable to pay right now for $150.00 so I'm guessing they're on a tight budget.
You never said you were recording you just wrote back the conversation to us what was said on the phone call.
I should ### up my credit so I can sue someone I could use some extra cash.
I wasn't working there, I was ordering food. McDonalds didn't hear me, just the person in the car in front of me. I don't know that they left because of my remark or not. I wasn't at my job, I wouldn't be rude to people at my job. I was jut going to get some quick food. I'm not getting paid to be nice to that slow poke what do I care he's wasting my time.
That's just peachy, unfortunetly others are not as ducky all the time, you can only withstand so much before you crack and that's what happened to me.
This is from 2007 but it's a news story on pressler and pressler from channel 9 news http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NTVZ4rU2_84.
I'm sure since then it has probably only got worse.
Okay, here's the shot out of the cannon: Oprah, Barbara Walters, your wife. You gotta ### one, marry one, kill one, go!
They charged me for my b-day dessert and didn't sing to me either. I don't think that is something they normally do at Olive Garden. And the wine samples are free, so unless you are planning on buying a glass they usually will give only a small sample. Olive Garden is always extremey busy so the waitress may have had too much to handle with tables. The only thing you can do is contact the manager about your experience there and hopefully left a small tip for the waitress.
Did you let their manager know?
