I will give calling this Michelle person a try. My experience with this company is more like the other posters. I had my pin and went online to book my flight on a Monday. The price I was given for my buy one get one free flight from Honolulu to LA was $994.60. After thinking this must be the price for two tickets I went on expedia to compare prices. The price for the exact departure and return flight was less than half that on expedia. When I called to question this I was told that they bought these tickets ahead of time for the promotion so the price may be slightly higer. Over 50% is more than slightly higher. I spoke to an agent and was told that this flight did qualify for a price match plus 15% plus fees and that I would be contacted by phone by Friday to book the flight. When I wasn't contacted by Friday morning I called back to see if I could call and book the flight. They assured me I would be contacted and that they would sent an urgent reminder email to the department that books the flights. When I asked for their number to call direct I was told that they do not have a number. I said I find it hard to believe that you do not have a telephone number for another department in your own company. I said I felt like they were trying to delay my purchase of the ticket in hopes that the flight would sell out and they wouldn't have to match it. I was assured by the agent that even if the flight was sold out I would still get a matching price for an earlier or later flight that day. Let's hope that they do call me soon to book this flight. If not I may look into cancelling my plan with t-mobile. This reflects very poorly on them. I have never had problems with t-moblie directly but this is not excusable.
