I had 34.14 taken from my account april 6th called immediately. Got a number for a refund said I would receive an e-mail. Never did, called again and sent to another place to complete another form of which I did. Nothing called and spoke to a tech who said: I was denied a refund. Why I asked? Because it was not a fraud charge. I then asked which site (pay day loan was it because I had not used this email in over a month). They would not give this information. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager in which the tech replied they have none (really). I said according to the BBB in order not to prove it was a fraud they needed to send me prove of the so called site. Their reply I should know what site (I don't of course). I asked where were the discount coupons..., of course she sid you cancelled. I said wait a minute if I paid 34.14 I should get something right! Nope! I was informed they had no return policy for their product. So regardless if you wanted the product or even purchased the product there is no refund at all. This company banked 34.14 and gave nothing at all...thats a scam! Spoke to the chat line person. Same response as the first tech. I said how can you in good standing work for a company such as this...reply this is a great company! really! I mentioned all the scam charges on the internet 200 plus...this did not move this person at all. I also said your business must not have a good business practice since you have a personal dispute/refund site...Reply its for the convenance of the customer ..which is full of ###...I totally pissed off.
