Firstly let me say im sorry to here of your horrendous experience. Lately doctors are seemingly under the delusional mindset that their better then their patients (god complex).
I suggest you immediately get an attorney! Like Right Now! your career is permanetely affected indefinetely, your mental anguish in not doing the thing you love (painting, carpentry, music) is ruined for life. you deserve significant compensation and this doctor should be reported and barred
I suggest contacting your local State Medical Board and formerly reporting him. they are generally amazing in helping the patients..its their job.
also, i would contact the Joint Commission; this organization is the epitome of everything doctor related and medical malpractice. they will help you tremendously, ive used them myself.
