I purchased a Great Dane puppy this summer and have the same problems with her giving me the AKC papers. I have contacted Adams County Sheriff's Department to file a complaint. Denise never sent me a written contract and without that, this has to go to civil court. You can contact Deputy Stashek @ stashek@romewi.com with information about fraudulent purchases from Denise or Kaitlyn Kleiber.
I have received my AKC papers. I will have her DNA tested and recommend that AKC require the dam and sire be DNA tested as well. That will either validate or not validate the claim that the parents aren't who they are stated to be. She was born June 28, 2009. If you have a puppy from this litter, contact Denise and Kaitlynn and you should be able to get their papers.
