This is no rip off scam as you say as no partiscipant will have to pay for anything at anytime. No one is obligated to attend but I assure you the ones that do will be very happy they did. There will be a semi-final winner named from Louisville Ky after the semi-final round concludes. This contestant will advance to represent Louisville in the Finale.
