She also breed all her females (great danes) heat after heat. Baby had 2 litters in the year of 2009. They got her and she was pregnant, and then she just had another litter at the end of October. Bandita is currently pregnant (she has ads [on hoobly.com] regarding this litter to be due on April 28th 2010) and she had a litter in August 2009. I also learned that her Chihuahua female died shortly after giving birth. I don't know if it was a fluke and happened, or if it was because of her breeding regiments. Her husband is SUPPOSED to be in jail, who knows if he ever went. That part is true. You are able to look her and her husband up on Wisconsin Circuit Court Access.
I bred my female with her male back in July. I did not know how crazy and unethical she was until my dog delivered her puppies. She posted on numerous pages stating I withheld a puppy from her, and if anyone buys from me I'm a liar and cheat people and if you buy the puppy from me she will get custody of the puppy no matter what and get a court order blah blah blah. I got some nasty emails from people and it was a stressful few months. Yes, I didn't tell her about a female Harlequin puppy due to the fact I SAW WHAT SHE WAS DOING TO HER FEMALES. I couldn't live with myself giving her a puppy that I helped care for just so she could breed it to death. This actually made it hard for me to sell the puppies. She lied stating her dog was 1/2 Euro (Jax) which I proved he was not. When confronting her about it, her daughter wrote nasty emails telling me that I'm the liar and I'm just trying to find a way not to pay her. Notice how she now writes "The sire is BUILT like a EUROPEAN" yeah, thats because he is not.
I would like to find the person who bought the 2 black puppies from Denise from the litter in August (3rd?) between Jax and Bandita because that puppy is not 1/4 Euro, and I have the proof.
Also, Since she would NOT sign over the papers for my litter to be registered, the puppies then are only worth 1/2 the price. So, technically you could sue, and get at least 1/2 back on the puppies (in an email to me she stated since my puppies didn't have papers that the price would be half. So, instead of making the perspective owners of the puppies angry I just stated that they don't come with papers. I was still able to find amazing homes for all the puppies!) But, you can also try and add punitive damages to that since she did it on purpose and she's doing it over and over.
Regarding her stud, if a stud dog has more than 7 litters in a lifetime, or more than 3 litters in a calendar year, the stud must have his DNA on file through AKC. I confronted her about that, and she blew up on me. Currently Jax has had 4 litters (in 2009 including mine) and she told me that he had had a previous litter before she got him.
I have sued her in Adams County Court and WON my judgement against her.
I really want her place closed down and all her dogs taken from her. I will do what I can. I feel so bad for her female dogs. I know I bred my dog, but it was a one time breeding. We only wanted 1 litter.
Thankfully Wisconsin has passed new laws regarding Puppy Mills, and Breeding Licensing/Kennel Laws. They go into affect completely I believe 18 months after the law is passed. It was passed late last year/early this year. We have also called the Sheriffs department, the Humane Society and according to them Animal Control was sent out to her house due to complaints.

Denise, you make me laugh. You even admitted to animal control that you have 22 dogs in your home. You have 7 tickets for unlicensed dogs. I have proof. The sheriff in The town on Rome even said he might have to take me up on my offer of giving the proof. He also stated the smell coming from your home horrendous.

Btw the hearing for Tuesday is a Motion and Order for Hearing on Contempt. Which is done after winning a court hearing because you didn't send me your financial disclosure. Plus, I can't put a lien on your trailer, nor the Automotive business in Wood County if I DIDNT ALREADY HAVE A JUDGEMENT.

are, but not all, hence your $1400 in tickets. You make me laugh!
Actually no, I don't legally have to serve you for a court hearing. The courts mailed you the complaint. If I did it wrong, then why did I win. I showed up in court. You'll see on Tuesday that I filed everything correctly. I have spoken with the small claims person on numerous occasions. The puppies were taken to the vet, non emergency, and you can ask all the new owners how happy they are. I receive updates all the time, they males are actually 100lbs at 6 months and they are all doing great! I have pictures posted on my facebook of the puppies growing up. Not one person contacted me due to problems. Unlike you, you made enemies rather than friends very quickly! I sold the puppies at reasonable prices and told everyone they would not have papers. Everyone was more than okay with that.
My puppies being dirty? Prove it. Maybe I should take a picture of your trailer and all the junk outside and we can see who is better.
Also, the puppies had a bedroom in the basement. We have a finished basement and they had their own room. Plus, they weren't very hard to keep clean since we cleaned them every 2-3 hours. If the rash the. Had was so contagous, why did only 2 puppies have it? And being a good person, I took them in right away rather than treating it myself.
You have gotten yourself in a hole that you are trying to get yourself out of. Many people have asked me for proof and ads of their puppies and about you and I was able to give them whatever they wanted.

I'll be calling your husbands/fathers lawyer who is fighting all his cases and he can call me crazy to my face. I will be telling him what you are posting on here, Quoting Nicholas Brazeau Jr. stating I'm crazy. I'd rather be crazy than be you and scam many people and breed dogs to death, just like... Tinkerbell. What ever happened to her. I knew she had puppies. C-Section, and then she died... Maybe its a wake-up call for all the BS you're doing to your females just to feed your drug addiction.
