Why would you want to recruit associates to sell memberships? The same reason you work for the owner of your company. It's called leverage. The concept of network marketing gives the average person the ability to leverage just like a real estate broker gets an override when the agent sells a house, or like a car manager receives when the salesman sells a car.
And by the way, you don't automatically receive overrides. If you advance someone then they lose out on your overrides. You actually have to work and build your business just like an owner of any company. Corporate America is a pyramid scheme. Expample: you will never make more money than your boss. Get it?
