I live in Lexington Ky and have seen and experienced the same thing at local supercuts . The last time I went was the last time I went . Stylist I asked for was not available . I was looking at cuts as patrons left and one poor soul had a 2 inch gap to the skin on the back of his head, I immediate left. Needless to say that I have seen it quite often with supercuts.
I thought after 15 years this place would get it right by now. I tried them way back and they made a set of beautiful
dentures but they were big enough for a [censored]. They actually tried to cram them into my mouth. My dentist previously complained about having to use child size appliances when working on my mouth. I do believe they tried to fit me with someone elses dentures. I told them after they tried to cram them in to give me a refund. I then decided to go to a dentist who made portrait dentures and he did pretty well with them, a little pricier but I didnt want to do without.
Hire a private investigator then take it to your states attorney general, make a big stink, I see this all of the time.
I get so frustrated with social services sometimes . I know of an individual right now with numerous complaints filed against them who should have been charged 10 times over and it is the mother of a child I know. She is a serious alcoholic and drug abuser so you tell me where the justice is in this for the children. I dont understand how she has talked her way out of this after many social workers on different occasions have knocked on her door. Good Luck !

I reviewed the phone number you gave me. I can have our telemarketing company pull the phone call records to review any wrong information given to you. I show the account was set up with Unlimited long distance on 10/13/08 and then changed to our Flex 100 Package on 10/20/08. You did have additional charges for your Ring Plus number and Non Published charge. We do not have contracts, therefore we could have switched your service to any plan we offer.
