same deal here, someone not me opened a account after stealing my access code, not me unknown thief, they gave them a car loan, now shut/froze my good accounts becase there collection agents claim I allowed them to open account. ? They approved this person(s), not me, I signed nothing did nothing wrote to CEO no response. Now I have no access to my checking auto loan and credit cards, can't pay them any other way but internet as I am out of country for 13 months. Well when I return it will be some legal action, maybe a lawsuit bankruptcy might be forced on me by these poor examples of bankers. They have a very poor collection agency working for them, they caused all these to me and others. Maybe they will get sued. Surely they are not on our (Veterans ) side of anything bunch of fnnn thiefs. Come get my cars, I am in the SE asia theather now, maybe they will take my M4 too, lets see them try!
This credit union is outsourcing there customer care to a collection agent in GA. That so called supervisor Sherry works in the pensocola office. I have her home address and car/reg info, anyone want to come for a ride and give her a little lesson on proper servicing of good customers, yes my dear, someone know who you are, where you live and might just show up some day and have a little sit down and expalin to you what it is like to loose something, like your job. Maybe if some asks in a niced way she will return the favor in a nice way with a nice steamer of a JOB! Open wide and remeber to swallow all of it!
they are doing this to many many hard working people, I can't see any reson that they can close one persons account becase someone family member messed up with a seperate account, even if you sponsored your grandmother or ssome other family member that person should be responseible for thier own bills not you. Unless you signed for them or something. I remember in boot camp they posted everyones access number on a board, gee anyoen could of remembered wrote down your number and opened thier own account. seems they should review that persons loan application and go after them not you.
