Non Delivery of belongings
I had an unimaginably worst kind of experience with Om packers and movers, Koparkhairane, Navi Mumbai.
All his packages were lost in transit. I asked for compensation though insurance Uttam Kauthekar charged me (Rs 200/-). Later I came to know that Uttam Kauthekar, head of Om Packers and Movers, Koperkhairane never did a survey of truck. He and his gang are fraudsters.
who ask for commission from customer to take better care of belongings.
Never did I think that an ISO compliant company would be involved in shady business.
Seems getting an ISO certification is about paying money - there is no quality checks.
