you're an idiot.
OBVIOUSLY you must have violated the terms of the exchange policy. Aldo will refund you your money if the shoes have not been worn and you have the original reciept, and in the ORIGINAL method of payment. This is ESPECIALLY important when paying my CREDIT CARD. To refund the shoes onto a different card is FRAUD. Any company that does this is FRAUDULENT. Aldo would give you an exchange for the amount you paid ( as shown on your reciept) or a gift card if you really push it.

They MUST refund on the SAME credit card.

people like you shouldn't be allowed to shop.

you're not a great customer if all you buy are flip flops.
did you even check to see if they were made of leather? if not you're just paying for the brand. go to wal mart and buy some flip flops. you want high quality leather goods? go to aldo.

You both are idiots. Comment one, call the customer service number and they will start an investigation to find out why you didn't recieve your shoes. that is UPS's fault, not Aldo's.

Complainer: Why didn't you return them INSIDE A STORE? Much safer as well as they can ship it directly to your home. Much easier to get a refund in a store as well.

Both of you are idiots.

You're an idiot.

You think you're going to bankrupt Aldo? They're a 1.5 billion dollar company. Miss Sixty is outsourcing their stores to Aldo to manage because Aldo is a leader in the retail market. Traffic sales and price points are all up at Aldo, even during this recession.

You're just too self absorbed to think that you could even make a dent in Aldo's revenue. You're just mad because you didn't get your way. Those shoes were a YEAR OLD. They were worn, yeah, not a problem, but come on! You describe yourself as wealthy enough to cast off a $100 pair of shoes for a year, why not donate them? Or just take the damn exchange?

People like you make me sick.

This always amazes me.

I ask you a question. You want a refund for that slightly worn shoe.

Would you buy it at full price slightly worn?

Obviously not, because you're picky and want to get your moneys worth, which is understandable.

But do some simply thinking. If Aldo refunds your worn shoes, they cannot sell it. No one would buy it. So when you say "I only wore it once" that doesn't really matter. You could have worn it a thousand times and it's still worn, therefore cannot be sold.

Aldo would lose tons of money and have lots of damaged prodcut if they did that everytime you bought a shoe the wrong size.

Moral of the story, don't wear the shoes out of the house and then demand a refund if you would not rebuy them at full price with the heel caps worn down and the sole scuffed.

Idiots.

You idiot.

You were entitled to a refund in the MANNER IN WHICH YOU PAYED. Which means your VISA. Your daughter is not you, therefore would not be able to get the refund. Aldo cannot refund it in a different form of payment other than a gift card without it being FRAUD.

Stop being lazy and just go return them with your own damn visa.
