I also was conned by Bookin Hotels and suggest that you all make formal complaints to Visa as Bookin Hotels uses the "Visa Certified" logo on its website. They looked into it and eventually refunded the full amount. Hopefully if enough people complain, the credit card companies will sort this organisation out.
