The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Last year I ordered one necklace through an online offer and it was advertised for $9. I received the necklace and then received several more pieces of jewelry within a 2 week period that I had not requested and realized they were charging my debit card $68 every 5 days.
