I have also been charged for things I was unaware of by Telus. They can not be trusted. Wait until you cancel your service. That's when they really nail you!

They are a terrible and shady company. Do not ever do business with them. They overcharge for everything and the service is very bad.

I have also had a very bad experience with Navis in Colorado Springs. They increased the price three times and them show up a day late to pick up my items. I totally regret ever calling them.
