The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
First Franklin illegally entered my home, changed the locks and removed all of my belongings. All they did was say it was a mistake and returned the new key. And then they did it again two months later. I have tried contacting them repeatedly by phone, mail, email, fax. They have ignored all communications from me and my attorney regrading the incident...
