First, I would like to say that there is nobody out in this world that has the right to pass judgement on someone elses personal matters. I think this is a big issue because everyone is so quick to nosey into someone elses personal business and not sweeping their own door step first. Nobody is perfect nor will they ever be. Keep your nose out of other peoples personal business because its no concern of yours!
Second, I would like to point out that I work for this company and have only been here for less than two years. I personally think that BillSoft Services, Inc. has a great future ahead and will continue to grow as expected. Mr. Lapatofsky is a single man with a great vision for business. This is a great business with a great demand. This company that is described above is created by the employees within the company. Im pretty sure that Mr. Lapatofsky is doing what any respected business person would do to better himself in this world. He reacts only what is reported by the employees. Certain employees within this company is what gives this company a terrible name. If there were not so many employees (Not naming any particular one) that will act their age and face the problems head on instead of being two-face and stabbing others in the back, then progress would be made. I look at this from a simple point of view. Yes, I respect Mr. Lapatofsky and the business that he founded. No I do not care what people say about his personal life because once again, its none of my business. This is a great company to work for. Most of the employees are friendly and helpful when it comes to learning new knowlegde and growing as a team. People who do the oppisite of this, and two-face their co-workers and just worry about making themselves look good are the type of people who post crap and go around passing this along to other employees to see. Your the problem, and should grow up and act your age. This is a place of business. A place where people can come to work and enjoy the enviroment and make progress. This is not a place where you can go behind doors and knock someone down and come back and pretend to support them. I truely feel sorry for the people who think Mr. Lapatofsky is a bad person because I have had nothing but the upmost respect for this business man. He has always been friendly and supportive. Its the other people who falsely accuse others which makes him have to intervien with a one sided story because its not right. Talk all the trash you want, brown nose all you want, and think that your slick because in the very end "KARMA" will come back to haunt you. Rock on BillSoft and Go All The Way Mr. Lapatofsky!
