I, also, am an ATT subscriber with the ipone. I don't know if this might help or not, ATT bills a month in advance?! So on your first bill you receive, usually it amounts to about a month and a half of service?! It can be confusing. I'm not a fan of it, as it can be confusing, esp. since most utilities bill for service after you use it, not before :). I pay roughly 120.00/month and that's for one line of service with the data (mandatory @ 30.00/a line) and unlimited txt.

What you could do, to try and mitigate "damages", is unlock the phones and sell them?! Refer it to BBB. Good luck to you!

I used to work for TMob back in the day, and I don't know if Verizon's systems are similar. Can't imagine why not, when it comes to Third Party downloads, which is what you are talking about. Verizon should be able to block it on their end if you dispute the charges?! I'm not familiar with Verizon, but I know at Tmob they had an app to block third party downloads?! They should offer a way for you to opt out, sometimes, as with anything is CS, it's about getting a rep that actually cares about the customer who supports their pay check and not someone just collecting a check?!

The other option is to change your number?! That sucks but you'd be saving 120.00/yr by doing so if they refuse to help you?! Then I would refer it to BBB, since they always have a laundry list of complaints from those 3rd party downloads.

Good Luck! Hope this helps!

Contact Sears/Visa or Mastercard and dispute the charge or inquire with them?!

In the process of moving and prepping for a birthday for my soon to be 4 yr old?! Simply put, I did not feel like making mac n cheese?! Live and learn, you know. That still is no excuse for poor quality of food. It wasn't even edible for a dog, if I had one?!

We had this same problem. We cancelled w/in the 7 day period also. However, after reviewing my "domestic partner's" bank statements to help budget his money better, I noticed the same thing. This went on for 1.5 yrs, I think?! I was present during the cancellation of the acct. I proceeded to then call up their customer serice line and guess what?! They had no record of us doing so. They also stated that they record all of their phone conversations?! I told them the charges were all unauthorized. Since all calls were supposedly recorder, I demanded they go through all their recordings and show proof we did not cancel. I also stated that I would be disputing the charges with his bank.
The manager agreed to refund the last 6 charges and we could dispute the others with our bank?!

Yes, it is a scam. If I wasn't present during the conversation almost immediately after he "signed" up for the service, I would have accepted the loss and just went on. I told him in the beginning, it was a way for them to attach his cc and scam him?! In retrospect, people need to be more cognizant of their actions, so to speak?!

Her/his logic made no sense in my opinion. Why didn't I just make the steak, pizza, or seafood and bring it to "work"?! I was going to be snide but decided not too...

I can relate to this one. Maybe the employees don't need to be fired, how about educated on some CS?! I get overcharged all the time when I eat out. And yes, it is upsetting, esp. if you know how much it should cost i.e. you eat the same thing at the same restaurant each time. If my "partner" is with me, he always says "it's just a dollar, forget about it"?! But if they overcharge each customer by a dollar, that is a lot of profits :). Mistakes happen. Maybe you were PMSing?! Maybe it was the way you presented the issue?! They always say you get more with honey than you do with vinegar, which is true. But a lot of ppl in CS see it as simply a pay check, they don't realize the domino effect it has. I will not frequent a place if the service is lousy?! Why would I?! Market is too competitive?!
Here is what I have learned, take from it what you want, having been on both sides. People have bad days, maybe her grandma just died?! Or her dog died. Does that excuse her actions? Nope. She still has a job to do and to leave her personal baggage at the time clock before she clocks on for work. So here is what I would do, and find that it is very effective when dealing with people in CS. If you don't feel like you were treated fairly/properly, talk/call her manager and explain the situation. Tell them their ice cream was sub par. Chances are, you will the manager will appreciate your feedback and use it as a teaching opportunity for the employee. You will also, probably be comped for the value of ice cream. It is DQ though?! Like you said take your business elsewhere and let it be known. If she is a punk little brat that thinks she's cute showing off, after enough complaints the manager will probably get rid of her. Again, it is DQ though :)
