I applied for home service with this company on 8/24/09. I had a family emergency and was away from home for one month, I didn't even know I had a phone number or that I had the service until I got the bill, I called in to pay the bill and then the service was still disconnected, I never even talked or dialed a number on the phone. I spoke with Kyle the supervisor who told me on 9-24-09 that he would refund my money it is no 9-30-09 and I have not received my money yet, every time I call the number the line is busy.
