MAN the same thing happened to my debit account... SAME AMOUNTS OF MONEY... at the end of each month, I was so pissed. It all started when I got this phonecall, and they were going to send me like free gas money, and I was in a hurry so they had me punch in my birthday as an electronic signature... little did I know I was authorizing them access to charge my debit card. Didn't get anything, I reported them at the end of last month and I was credited my money back (Citizens is a great Bank they will insure you on all fraudulant charges up to 6o days) They issued me a new debit card, however, somehow these ### still had acesss to the old card and charged me this morning... I marched on down to my bank, and they took care of it, those SOBs are blocked for good. Its rediculous how little people care, and how dishonest some companies are because they are desperate for money.
Same thing happened to me, I was on my way to a job interview... and this woman called, talked to the point I couldn't understand her, and I just wanted to get off the phone. But the big lesson both of us learned here... when you get these calls, show no mercy, tell them to jump off a cliff and that they will never get your money, then hang up... because they will show you no mercy if you fall for their scheme. It's about time the people just stood up and put these criminals in their place.
