Even I got a similar email regarding an opening in the Richmondhill Hotel, London.
I thought of replying to them but, then I decided to do some background checking. Initially i found it quite genuine but its not. Somehow these people have managed to either create a website for Richmond hill hotel or there could be a chance that they might have hacked the original website.
No employer asks the employee to bear the work permit visa cost. Its solely employers responsibility to take care of all the legal proceedings.
Anyway, please be careful with such emails and offers over the email.
