You cannot be serious in sayng that the company should know who and whose mattress to air out. You had an allergic reaction, guess what, lots of people do to lots of different things. Tempurpedic cannot be to blame because they didn't know what your funky body was allergic too.
You say that they should let it air out. Most consumers like to know that they are getting a product that is brand new and fresh, not some old dusty peice of garbage that has been sitting in a warehouse for three years.
You sir, are an idiot. YOU are the one with the allergy, don't blame the company who produces thousands of mattresses to know YOUR funky body.
They do sleep warmer because they increase blood circulation. With no pressure points (unlike metal spring beds), that added blood flow will RAISE your body temp.
I reccomend sleeping with a fan on or buying a chilipad (google it).
I own a tempur pedic and I am a big guy that normally sleeps hot, but I sleep with fan on and I love mine. It's worth it to get a good nights sleep, especially one that makes you healthier
Every dealer that sells mattresses will have some restocking fee or protection plan for it.
THINK about it. Someone is SLEEPING, ROLLING AROUND, or GETTING BUSY on this mattress. Would YOU want it back?! Dealers have to not only take that dirty thing back, but sell it at an extremely deep discount.
20% is modest. Yes salespeople do stress the truth, but most are passionate about the products that they sell, and there are differences between the two companies.
Ive sold mattresses for the past 6 months, and I already know to stear clear of serta. We cut open dozens of mattresses from different companies to see what kind of product they are really selling. Let me say, the evidence is shocking! Simmons, Sealy and Tempurpedic is the way to go.
