I am facing the exact issue with a portable dishwasher I bought from them. Broke down afetr only using for 3 months. Now they do not have the part. The call centre is in India and those poeple are totally clueless. Nobody can tell me when my machine will be fixed. When I called the store here they say that it will be fixed and that I just have to sit and wait. Will not refund my money either. Is there anyone else we can complain too. This is a HUGE Canadian company adn I don't think it is right that their customers should be treated so badly.
