Hey my wife recived a call from company named one travel club out in florida and they promised a vacation for all the family
she gave them the credit card # and they took out 199.99 out of our acount when I came home she told me what had happened and I called but nobody answer the phone so I called my bank and they said they were going to put the money back on my account and they did but now they are saying they need more evidence to prove this or they were going to get the money back
I called the company, and someone answered and she was very rude and I started getting very angry, and I yelled to her and she put me when they recorded my wife talking to the Supervisor or who ever was talking . The agent's name was Monica Sanchez and they said that they needed to call my wife, but they never did . And we tried to call back for two weeks, and no one answered the phone .
