So is this a site where the complaints get handled? Because I’m so tired of Ceda and the way they treat customers. I filled a form out nov 2021 and moved which put my paperwork on hold until the next couple billing cycles. Then they tell me I had to do a new application. I did and then they told me to upload my paperwork on the website they sent.and I did so now I’m getting the run around and I guess they think I’m the one to play. Imma sue them and go to the media about the help they are suppose to dispense and they not I just got off hold with their 2332 number and was on hold for 3 [censored]ing hrs for the goofy to say u have to call back tomorrow like I’m not gone play at all
