INFO: The suspect, Ronald Calvin Williams, represents himself to be a medical doctor and the CEO of a fictitious non-profit organization called “Prevention One.”
Between Nov 2003 and Mar 2004, Williams fraudulently obtained over $100, 000.00 in goods and services from several hotels and businesses throughout San Mateo, San Francisco, and Santa Clara counties. Williams has been described as a well-spoken and professional businessman. He sets up company accounts claiming that his “Board of Directors” will approve and pay outstanding balances within 45 days; however, Williams leaves the area and bills aren’t paid.
Williams was convicted on similar cases in Los Angeles County where he fraudulently identified himself as a U.S. Army representative and in Michigan where he fraudulently identified himself as an employee of the African Bead Museum in Detroit.
Williams is on Los Angeles County Probation for fraud and currently has a $25, 000.00 Felony Fraud Warrant out of Los Angeles County.
The South San Francisco Police Department is conducting an on-going investigation and an arrest warrant is forthcoming with 18 felony counts.
Williams is currently believed to be in the Chicago area; however, he is expected to return to the Bay Area.

OH by the way BJ.. Thank you for clariying that the people in my rental were NOT STAFF? hum, Well according to my legal contract with RON WILLIAMS there was to only be staff members living there. ANOTHER BREACH of our CONTRACT.. thank you for that info.
By the way. The work that was done on this house was NOT paid for either!
I was contacted friday Aug 28th, by the hardwood floor company. They say they will place a mechanics lien on the property.
RON WILLIAMS NEVER PAID FOR ANY WORK THAT WAS DONE ON THIS PROPERTY! HE IS A FAKE, A LIAR AND SOCIOPATH! He has made his Whole life LIES, FRAUDS and SCAMS!
HE continues to harm anyone in his trail, Until he is CAUGHT.

Not sure.. But beware there are many scams out there. Always a Dr. it seems they appear to be on email. Be careful and do NOT give an acct # or anything to the, not matter what!
