I live in Sparks Nevada. I was notified that I had disposed of material in my recycle can that was not supposed to be in there. I am absolutely certain that the photo taken was not of my can. I had only cardboard and magazines in my recycle on that pickup day. My can is right next to my neighbor's so that may have been the issue. I don't know how the can...
