The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
My vacuum arrived last week faluty damaged on sides, made a complain to deals direct but have not heard anything further then they want me to keep the vacuum and refund me 30% of the actual price I paid, what a ridiculous and unprofessional way of dealing with coustmers... Why would I like to keep the faulty vacuum cleaner when they should be sorting the issue out.
