I just tried getting an answer to the same issue. the kid just said "I only deal with email problems". there is no way to address the. apparent, bias for conservative, right-wing messaging. it is enlightening to see I am not alone in my perception of aol. in spite of following all the guidelines, I am the one blocked for commenting against conservative chatter.
