please I need an update to rebook my ticket so far I have not received a new rebooking ticket this is the worst and stupidest service I have seen in my life please, see the attached files to confirm the booking and payment as the payment was made with a snag and attached Confirmation from the Bank
if you can't send my new booking please request you to Cancel or refund all the money .
