I have been charged at my credit card account (Bank of America} the amount of $8.99 monthly, during several months of this year. I have never made a subscription with you for any item. I am requesting that all the money you have deducted from my account, is returned as soon as possible, as this was not authorized. Awaiting your prompt reply. Thank you.
