on [protected] my wife went to saint vincents north in sherwood arkansas for mental healt issues she was asked for a urin sample which they lost and then told her that they were going to have to put a cath in her to get another sample when she refused they told her that they were not going to help her and she could leave there ER she was also told that if she got up from the chair that they told her to sit in that they would call the police and have her arrested is this the way that a person seeking help for mental health issues is treated in your hospital every time I called to check on her I was told yes she is here and she is sleeping but they told her that she was rude to the nurses and staff on the same note is this the first time that your staff has delt with a person with mental health issues threating and dismissing a paient is not the practice that I ever heard of and to say that person is just there seeking drugs is uncalled for when she was asking to stay in your hospital to get treatment she did not go in asking for pills to take home or a script to get filled she was asking to be admitted for treatment do you rate your paients on there ability to pay or what insurance they have just because she has state insurance dose that meen she dose not deserve the treatment she is asking for I thought you to a oth to do no harm on what pay scale dose that account for not if you are on state care your staff is rude and uncareing also they decided to take a blood sample from her wrist not from her arm doing so they struck the bone and told her that there was no reason for her to yell that it hurt when she ask what if she came back as a atempted susicide she was told that she would probly die
