I ordered: 1 Dozen Red Roses 1 Red Vase 2 Happy Birthday Balloons They charged me for the whole lot PLUS the delivery/service fees but only delivered the 1 dozen red roses - at the very end of the delivery window (7pm). As a result, my wife had no "Happy Birthday" balloons on her actual birthday and I had to go out and get her balloons the next day. I feel...
