I ordered a dozen roses on 10/20/2020 to be delivered 10/21 for $97.22 to include vase. Delivery was never made. Intended recipient received a phone inquiry whether she had received them. Her response was NO. Whoever called said that she would receive them post haste. This did not happen. However, in all fairness, I received an apologetic phone call...
