Tristar Products has left an official reply on this complaint.
It doesn't fry chicken or french fries. Nothing else comes out as I would expect. FedEx said the company should provide me with a return label to help with the cost of return--$75--but the company refused. I am so angry to think I have to pay an exorbitant amount to return an inferior product. Emeril should be ashamed. I have used it since the first week of...
