LG Electronics has left an official reply on this complaint.
We bought a LG Refrigerator on 01/22/2020. In May the freezer section started icing over and not defrosting. Now the freezer door will hardly open. We contacted LG at the end of May and have contacted them several times since then. They yet to send a repair person to our home. We are in desperate need of help. We are terribly disappointed in LG service. Why can't they send some repair help
