UAE Exchange Centre has left an official reply on this complaint.
The remittance has been made on 4th March 2020 but it wasn't credited on my recipient bank. I was promised a refund almost 2 weeks ago!!! This is awful service and am owed 10k AED. Completely unacceptable and feels like theft I'm afraid. Tried to call their call centre, nothing is picking the phone. Tried contacting their branches but call is just...
