UAE Exchange Centre has left an official reply on this complaint.
The remittance has been made on 4th March 2020 but it wasn't credited on my recipient bank. I was promised a refund almost 2 weeks ago!!!
This is awful service and am owed 10k AED. Completely unacceptable and feels like theft I'm afraid.
