Hello!
I tried to contact Travelgenio several times by call but impossible to reach them. I also send an email but there also no reply.
I wanted to cancel my flight because of the corona virus we cannot enter in Switzerland now (my destination).
Because it's not my fault I also would like a refund, so please reply as soon as you can.
