I paid for expedited shipping to arrive by january 21st. It is the 26th and I have yet to receive my items. If I knew it was going to take this long, I wouldn't have paid extra for expedited shipping. There is also no shipping confirmation number for me to track my shipment.
On the website, it is hard to navigate to find a live person for customer service.
