I won't go into my full rebuttal of this above post and complaint as I do not see any reason to drag someone down even in my defense. I would only like to point out in my defense that I have been a real-estate agent in the Denver area for 20 years and have helped clients buy and sell over 1000 homes in that time. In that time period this is the only such complaint that has been levied against me. If I do business the way this post described I would of been out of business a long time ago and this would not be the sole complaint in my 20 year history. I currently and have not for many years marketed much directly to the public my business almost 100% comes from referrals from past clients that send me to their friends and family. It took me 14 years to respond to this post but felt that is was now time to share that from my side of the story the transaction described actually went down quite different than the way it was laid out.
