Same thing happened to us. Ordered a fireplace for $573 and never received it. They claim it was on backorder.. emailed us on June 24th that it would ship in 48 hours. Well, that was over a month ago and no fireplace. they do not respond to emails or phone messages. We are initiating legal action.

I just received this back from the Pasadena Police Office. I advise everyone to file a complaint with their local police and have them contact Pasadena Police.
