As to the unsatisfied buyers :
That’s on you if you overpaid!
That’s on you if there were problems as those would have been revealed in the home inspection!
That’s on you if you sold for $20k less than what you should have!
Sounds like you were not happy with the home from the beginning and trying to justify your dissatisfaction by blaming someone else!
Simply do the right thing and apologize to Wendy and move on!
