I have a similar experience! Spent hours choosing some lovely clothes, for hundreds of $ and when I went to pay my card wouldn’t go through, I also tried my amazon account which didn’t work either. I called my bank who said there was nothing wrong with the card and that the website probably didn’t like the billing being different to the shipping. I tried again in the morning and it went through finally, but THEN I got an email in the evening saying my entire purchase had been refunded with no explanation. Grr! Nothing has shown up in my bank (yet) I have been trying to call, emailed, not been able to contact yet. I actually just want the clothes but I feel like they make it so bloody difficult I will just go elsewhere.
