Well in any contracts they require a 30 day notice to terminate and just because the letters say they're fired doesn't mean the property management company/ property owner followed the contract by the law. If the property management company/ property owner does not provide a 30 day notice ALL County Towing still has the right to go on property and tow vehicles and remove the signs of the other tow company and replace the signs with there's. The property management company/ property owner would be in violation of the contract and could possibly face civil action if the owner of All county towing chooses to seek that route.
Building Associates cannot suspend a contract, the contract has to be suspended by property management company/ property owner. Also what you have to realize is they may have so called suspended the contract with All county but they didnt with the parking management company (which is a company the property management company/ property owner have that seek out violations and authorizes the tow company to tow the vehicle, reason is because its illegal for the tow companies to seek the violations themselves) and if the Parking Management companies contract is still active there doing as there told to which is to call All county. ill make this plain and clear for you so you can understand. Tow truck drivers would love to relax but they only do as there told to do by property management company/ property owner. They have a special company that comes on your property that seeks bad tag, no guest pass, abandoned vehicles, etc and authorizes the tow. When you have a problem with your vehicle getting towed find out who authorized the vehicle to be towed and go after them. as fore fees there regulated by the county there's nothing the tow company do about that.
