Update on my horrible Fashion Nova Experience.
I placed 4 orders
#[protected] Oct 20, 2018 paid unfulfilled $63.67 USD
#[protected] Oct 19, 2018 paid unfulfilled $59.46 USD
#[protected] Oct 18, 2018 paid unfulfilled $236.49 USD
#[protected] Oct 12, 2018 paid unfulfilled $144.12 USD

None of my orders have shipped. I contacted Fashion Nova on October 18th regarding order # [protected], and I received 2 emails within minutes apart from each other. The first email basically said to be patient and that the items would be shipping soon. The second email was from " noreply@fashionnova.com "
The second email said,
"Due to delays in our warehouse, we are still putting the finishing touches on your order. " ... "While we don't have an estimated ship date for you yet, we will be dispatching your order and sending you a tracking number ASAP.If you'd rather not wait any longer and would like to cancel your order for a refund or gift card, please click here to cancel any time before we ship your order. Of course, if you want to wait for your order, you don't need to do anything.While we do not anticipate a significant delay, we will be monitoring your order - and if it doesn't ship within 10 days of your original order date (and you don't cancel prior to shipment), we will automatically cancel and issue a refund to your original form of payment."

I received this email on October 18th about my first order I placed ( order # [protected]) I decided I would wait until the 21st, to see if I received any update on my order. I didn't want fashion nova to automatically cancel my order and issue a refund because that would take even more time for it to be processed with my bank. I wanted to receive a gift card instead, so I waited until the 21st, and clicked the embedded link in the email to cancel that order and request a refund.

On Monday October 22nd, I had not received a refund, so I emailed support asking what the status of my order was. They emailed me saying that my order # [protected] was almost ready and to keep an eye on my email for a tracking number.
Well, now it is the 24th ( 2 days later ) and I have receive NO email with a tracking number, and no email of a gift card refunding the cost of order # [protected]

I have 4 orders in total sitting and not moving. I feel like my money was stolen from me.
I am going to keep posting updates on this.

If they end up contacting me and telling me half of my items were sold out after ALL of this - oh I am going to loose my mind and #notshophereagain

Same ! However I was an idiot and placed multiple orders. Smh. A while ago when I purchased from fashion nova, some of my items were out of stock and my order was delayed for that reason. It wasn’t delayed NEARLY as long, I think it was only 5 day processing time. I assumed that this was the reason my order was not shipped ( they had no notice up on their site about any delays when I ordered, and no one from customer service responded or replied to my emails. I then made the stupid mistake of placing 3 more orders.
My first order I placed on October 12th is still unfulfilled and they have not responded to any of my emails. I placed an order then on the 18th, 19th, and 20th ( I really broke my order up to see it it would help me receive something)
I spent a total of $503.74 and they don’t have the decency to have a real person reach out.

One of the first automated emails I received about my order Placed on October 12th had a link to cancel the order and request a gift card. The email also stated that if I chose to wait, my order would be automatically canceled 10 days after the day I placed the order if it still had not shipped. I waited until Sunday the 21st to request a gift card refund. On Monday the 22nd I checked my email and received no gift card. I then emailed support again asking why I had not received a refund or gift card. That was the only time I got a different response ( still automated and a bot) but this one told me my order was about to ship and to keep an eye on my email for the tracking number. That was Monday, today is Friday. No movement what so ever on ANY of my orders and no response from a customer service rep.

Sorry for the novel but I am sharing equal frustration. All the items I purchased are also appear sold out online at the moment - and I will loose my mind if they tell me now - or a week from now- that my items are no longer available.

They should of RETURNED my money then after 1 week. They have $503.74 of my money and they are sending me what I purchased. I reported this to the BBB and filed I formal complaint. I have a case # and everything. I recommend doing the same !
Same thing happened to me a while ago. My current issue with this company is I purchased $503 worth of items and they not shipped any of my orders or responded to my inquiries for 2 weeks. It has nothing to do with my bank - the charges aren’t even processing anymore - the charges are processed and went through.

They actually canceled an order of mine in September as well, they canceled all but one item. Then they never shipped the one item. My items were not out of stock either. I replaced the order the same day with the same card, but I had to wait 4 days for the original purchase to be credited back.

I’m sick of this with fashion nova. Really
