Similar problem with interstate towing at manors of inverrary condo. a contract then the tow trucks came 3 and 4 times a day, going to every lot looking for violations, one tow truck driver was coming to tow when things where slow for him, or was on lunch.there could be a incentive for the condo, a slice of the fees, tow company would not show the contract and said the condo does not have to.
