I have been doing business with Carolyn for a year and a half now. She has stuck to her guns when it comes to lease matters and has always been polite and courteous with me in all of our dealings. She helped me when I needed to find a place quick (last leasor wanted to raise my rent by 200). I was in the process of looking for a house and she was very helpful. The house I am in is owned by another person whom I have never spoken with or met. I have never sent her a rent check, everything has been electronic bank transfers to her business account.
