same goes with me. I had an urgent meeting today while RHB keeps on calling me [protected] / [protected] I couldnt answer because i was in a meeting room. Sadly while I got a chance to answered the lady scolded me by saying " KESIAN KAN MUDE MUDE LAGI DAH PEKAK". Is this a right way for collecting a debt? whats the different between RHB staff with the gangster? Poor service. The other day she said I have to pay more for covering my for month payment but still they keeps on calling me to cover my debt even though the deal has made. Threatening us as a customer isnt the right way. Please upgrade your service. Kindly listen to all of us as a customer complains.
