Gray's did NOT stop payment on their check, it was returned for non-sufficient funds. I have visited both homes to which we delivered concrete on that day, and there was no shortage. The only contact with Mr. Gray was to set up a payment arrangement for which we have received NOTHING. It is too bad our legal system is so messed up that we cannot get any help to prosecute a felony. We have been in business since 1965, certified and licensed by Wayne County and the Michigan Department of Transportation. If you still want to hire Mr. Gray after reading these comments, then good luck to you. Also, check out the Better Business Bureau's site, as there are more interesting comments posted there.
If you run such a good business and are so reputible, you should pay your debts and not steal from people. Writing bad checks is a felony. If you are such a good person you should resolve these complaints.
