Citibest appliances> someone named Allan Lopez jerked me over the phone i consider as oral defamation. It really sucks. I did my part to pay them my balance and it was not my fault if they overlooked it. They can do their job properly but this fool enjoyed what he did. This cannot just pass and let this person do it again.
